At Fabhind Spares, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You may return most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • Return must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at spares@fabhind.com or call +91-89800 14128 within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • In case of rejected returns, the item will be shipped back at your cost.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos/videos showing the damage or issue.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
